These terms apply when you use this website, and when you rent or buy from Shraddha Fashion Studio, Hall No 2, Padamshree Apt, Old Puna Naka, Murarji Peth, Solapur.

The terms printed on your bill are part of these terms. If the two ever differ, the terms on your bill apply.

• The website shows our designs with their rent per day, and a sale price for pieces that are for sale. It is for information only.
• Photos may differ slightly in colour from the actual piece. Please see it at the studio before you take it.
• Prices may change. The price on your bill is the one that applies.
• The website does not take bookings or payments. Availability is confirmed only by the studio, on WhatsApp, by phone or in person.

Bookings are made with the studio. For every booking we confirm your mobile number with a one-time code sent on WhatsApp.

To reserve a piece for later dates, you pay an advance. The advance is not refunded if you cancel — see our Cancellation & refund policy.

• Rent is charged per day, as per the pickup and return dates on your bill.
• A security deposit is taken at pickup. It is refunded when all items are returned in the same condition, after deducting any late fee or damage charges.
• Items are for your personal use only and may not be given or sub-let to others.

• Please check all items at pickup. Complaints are not accepted after leaving the shop.
• Please do not wash, dry-clean, alter, iron or stitch the outfit. Cleaning is done by the shop.
• Jewellery is artificial / oxidised. Keep it away from water, perfume and sweat.

• Items must be returned by the return date, during shop hours, with your bill.
• Late return is charged at the item's daily rent for every extra day.
• Damage (tears, burns, permanent stains, broken hooks, stones or mirrors) is charged as assessed by the shop, up to the item's full value.
• Lost or missing items or parts (dupatta, earrings, tikka, etc.) are charged at replacement value.

• Full payment is taken at the time of sale.
• The piece is sold as seen, in used condition, and is checked by you before you buy it.
• Goods once sold are not taken back or exchanged.
• Please keep your bill; it is needed for any query about the purchase.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Solapur.
